# Caeloryn

> Caeloryn (caeloryn.net) builds tools that help small and medium businesses grow, in Arabic and English. It started at the counter, with point-of-sale (POS) apps: Grocery POS for groceries, baqalas and mini-markets, and Pharmacy POS for pharmacies. More tools for running a business are on the way. Every app has a 30-day free trial with no card, then costs $30 a month or $250 a year per shop. Payments are handled by PayPal. Cancel anytime.

## Who it is for

- Small, independent shops: a grocery, baqala, mini-market or pharmacy with one or a few shops.
- Shops that want to use hardware they already have: a Windows PC or touch terminal, or an iPad or Android tablet in the browser, with a standard receipt printer and a barcode scanner, instead of buying a special POS device.
- Owners who want Arabic and English on every screen and every receipt, and a till that keeps selling when the internet is down.
- Built first for Kuwait; the apps also show prices in Saudi riyals and UAE dirhams.

## Not yet

- VAT invoices are not supported, including Saudi ZATCA e-invoicing and UAE VAT invoicing. Shops that must issue VAT invoices should wait.
- Restaurants and cafés: Restaurant POS is coming soon.
- Pharmacy POS covers over-the-counter products only; prescriptions and insurance claims are not supported yet.
- Electronic scales are not connected; produce sold by weight is entered by weight or by amount.

## Pricing

- [Pricing](https://caeloryn.net/pricing): one price per shop, per app. $30 a month, or $250 a year (saves $110). No tiers and no per-cashier fees: staff logins, managers and accountants are included.
- 30-day free trial, no card. Subscribing during the trial bills from the day the trial ends. Cancel anytime; the shop keeps what it paid for until the end of that period.
