Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 26 September 2026
This policy applies to Caeloryn per-shop, per-product subscriptions. It works with our Terms of Service.
1. Try before paying
Each product offers a 30-day free trial with no card required. Starting a trial does not authorize payment. You owe nothing just because the trial ends.
If you separately approve a subscription during the trial, your confirmation shows the first charge date after the trial, amount and renewal terms. Cancel it online before the first charge if you do not want it to begin.
2. Cancel online at any time
Open your account, choose the shop and product subscription and select Cancel. We show confirmation and the end date of paid access. You do not need to email us to cancel. If the account page is unavailable, contact support@caeloryn.net so we can help.
Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period already paid for. Cancelling one product does not cancel your other product subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
3. No refunds
Payments are non-refundable. We do not refund any part of a monthly or annual period, including when you cancel, stop using a product, remove a shop or move to a smaller plan. You keep using what you paid for until the end of the period, and cancelling stops the next renewal.
This does not affect:
- refunds that applicable law requires; or
- correcting a duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charge, once verified.
If you believe a charge is wrong, contact support@caeloryn.net with the account email, product, charge date and payment reference. Do not send a card number, password or sign-in code. We investigate and explain the outcome. Contacting us does not waive any payment-provider or legal deadline.
4. Plan changes and unused-time credits
A confirmed mid-period change can produce credit for unused paid time. We calculate that credit automatically and show it with any amount due, the effective date and next renewal before you approve the change.
For example, a monthly-to-annual change starts the annual period on its confirmed date and subtracts the unused paid monthly value from the annual price. This adjustment is not a cash refund. Credit only reduces the amount payable for that change; it is not stored for later, moved to another subscription or paid out. You can decline the change.
5. Payment problems and your data
After the trial ends or a renewal payment fails, you have seven days of grace. If it remains unpaid after grace, the product becomes read-only: reports, export and debt collection remain available, but new sales cannot start. A sale already in progress can finish.
An authorized later payment can restore paid access after confirmation. Failed retries for the same renewal do not restart the grace period. A cancelled subscription is not restarted without the authorization needed for a new payment agreement.
The standard price is $30 per shop per month or $250 per shop per year for each product, with one licensed computer. Staff, manager and accountant accounts are free.
Cancellation does not delete local shop records. Cloud backups are deleted 90 days after read-only starts, with advance email notices. A requested account deletion is recoverable for 30 days; then the account and its data are deleted, subject to required legal retention. Account deletion may therefore remove backups sooner. Anonymous catalog contributions remain. See our Privacy Policy for cloud-held records, retention and deletion requests.
6. How corrections are returned
When we correct a charge, or applicable law requires a refund, we return the money through the original payment transaction where possible. We tell you when it is submitted. The time before it appears depends on PayPal and your funding provider. Currency conversion can affect the amount shown in a different currency.
7. Your other rights
This policy does not remove statutory cancellation, refund or other rights that apply to you. PayPal and your card issuer may offer separate dispute rights, subject to their eligibility rules and deadlines. You do not have to waive those rights to ask us for help. You cannot recover the same payment twice.
Automated notices may use a no-reply address. For a reply or refund question, contact support@caeloryn.net.
