- What is Booking?
- Booking is a web app with an online booking page for your customers and a reception desk for your staff. It is its own product, separate from Grocery POS and Pharmacy POS.
- How much does it cost?
- $20 a month per shop, after a one-month free trial. No card is needed for the trial. Booking is billed monthly for now.
- Do I need to install anything?
- No. After you start the trial, you choose your business type, your booking address and your time zone in the browser, at my.caeloryn.net/bookings.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Booking becomes read-only: you can still see your bookings and records, but changes are paused, and your booking page says online booking is paused, with your phone number. A customer can still cancel a booking they already made. Subscribe to carry on.
- Can my receptionist use it?
- Yes. Invite a front-desk team member by email from your account page. They see and manage bookings, and nothing else.
- Does it work in Arabic?
- Yes. The booking page, the reception desk and the emails work in Arabic and English.
- Which kinds of business is it for?
- IVF clinics, barbers, salons, restaurants and garages. You choose one when you set up.
- Does it send text messages?
