- Do you charge per cashier?
- No. The price is per shop. Staff logins, managers and accountants are included.
- Do I get Grocery POS and Pharmacy POS together?
- No. Each app is its own subscription. A shop that needs both subscribes to both.
- What if a payment fails?
- You have 7 days to fix it. After that the till becomes read-only until you pay: reports and data stay available.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Cancel online whenever you want. No cancellation fees.
