- Do I need to buy new hardware?
- No. Grocery POS runs on a Windows PC or touch terminal, or in the browser on an iPad or Android tablet, with a standard 80 mm receipt printer and a barcode scanner.
- What will it cost for my shop?
- $30 a month or $250 a year per shop, for the whole app. No per-cashier or per-device fees.
- Does it work in Arabic?
- Yes. Every screen and every receipt, in Arabic and English.
- What happens when the internet goes down?
- Selling carries on offline for up to 7 days, and everything catches up when you're back online.
- Can I sell fruit and vegetables by weight?
- Yes, by the kilo or by the piece. You type the weight or the amount; scales aren't connected yet.
- Can regulars pay later?
- Yes. Customer credit shows who owes you, how much and since when.
- Can I see my sales when I'm not in the shop?
- Yes. The owner app shows today's sales, profit and best sellers on your phone.
- Can I take my data with me?
- Yes. Export it any time, even after you stop subscribing.
